Cassie has successfully recruited top performing candidates for Fortune 500 companies, small to mid-sized businesses, and nonprofits, with extensive experience working the full hiring life cycle. Her background in client relationship management and project management is evident as a trusted partner to company leadership, and her timely, direct and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Cassie graduated with a B.A. in Advertising from the University of Minnesota, School of Journalism. She lives in New Prague, MN with her husband, Joe, and their little boy. They work together on their family’s pumpkin farm, and with any spare time, Cassie loves to read memoirs, watch documentaries, complete DIY house projects, and go hiking along the North Shore.
