Fred Marx is a Vice President
with KeyStone Search. He is responsible for the recruitment of executive talent
for specific projects, managing client relationships and managing KeyStone's overall research effort.
Fred brings over 20 years of experience, primarily in two industries: food distribution and media. His
measurable successes in both industries - coupled with his natural gift for communication - add valuable tools for KeyStone
to draw from. Fred's sales and marketing leadership has helped develop the careers of many successful people today. He shines
at training, motivating, and managing. Always a mentor, he believes in setting an example for others to follow, and includes a
healthy dose of professional/personal balance in his practice.
A native of New York City, Fred lives in St. Louis Park, MN with his wife, Lisa. Their oldest son graduated
cum laude in 2005, and their youngest is a university senior.
