Mike Frommelt, a principal and co-founder
of KeyStone Search, has over 17 years of recruiting / search industry experience. He spent six years as vice president of a
leading Twin Cities executive search firm, and prior was an HR generalist. Mike has completed multiple senior level projects in human
resources, healthcare, sales/marketing, information technology, engineering and general management. He has also provided consulting
assistance to organizations desiring to build values based cultures and recruitment programs.
Mike moved to the Twin Cities area 20 years ago from eastern Iowa to attend college. He graduated from
the University of St. Thomas with a B.A. in psychology in 1989.
Mike and his wife, Brenda, live in South Minneapolis and have three young children. Mike serves on the board of
directors at Fraser, and is a sought after speaker on the topics of corporate culture, ethical cultures and recruiting according to
culture. In his free time, Mike enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.
