Mike Frommelt

Mike Frommelt is a Principal and Co-Founder of KeyStone Search. Mike has over 20 years of recruiting/search industry experience. He spent six years as Vice President of a leading Twin Cities executive search firm, and prior to that was a Senior HR Generalist with a large Twin Cities based services company. Mike has conducted numerous senior level assignments in executive/general management, operations, sales/marketing, information technology, engineering and human resources. Mike has particular expertise in working with closely held businesses and employee owned businesses (ESOPs).

Mike graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a B.A. in Psychology and Business Administration. He and his wife, Brenda, live in Hopkins and have three young children who keep them extremely busy.

Mike is a frequent and sought out public speaker regarding corporate culture, talent development, business ethics and core values. He is an active member of The Executive Group, the Midwest ESOP Association, the Center for Ethical Business Cultures (www.cebcglobal.org) and the University of St. Thomas. In his free time, Mike enjoys fishing, golfing, and coaching youth sports.
