On June 17, KeyStone Search hosted an executive conversation with Bernie Aldrich, President and CEO of Rimage Corporation.
When Bernie joined Rimage 11 years ago, the organization seemed to lack focus and a vision for the future. Bernie quickly
realized that Rimage did not have an established set of core values guiding behavior and producing consistent outcomes. This became Job 1.
Over the ensuing years, under Bernie's leadership, Rimage has grown and evolved but has stayed true to its core values, despite
outside pressures, particularly from Wall Street. Bernie shared how Rimage has grown from just over $30 Million in revenue with $10 Million
in debt in the mid-nineties, to $109 Million in revenue and $90 Million cash in the bank by the end of 2007.
Bernie discussed the core values of Rimage; integrity, leadership, innovation, making a difference, facing realities and
