  • We will gain an in-depth understanding of your organization and the requirements of the open position.
  • We will conduct detailed research to compile information about numerous potential candidates.
  • We will meet our deadlines for candidate presentation. Our commitment is to present candidates at 45-60 days.
  • We will provide thorough candidate information to you so you can make an informed decision.
  • We will provide on-boarding services, at no cost, to assure a successful assimilation for the new executive.
  • We will maintain utmost confidentiality and propriety in our communications during this search.
  • We will communicate with you regularly and respond promptly.
  • We will always have your best interests at heart.

What We Ask of You

  • We will ask you to participate in a Values Assessment process. Based on the needs of your organization, this may include a facilitated team meeting format or a written assessment format.
  • We will want to spend time with key players in your organization. We will ask you for org charts, company brochures and other background materials.
  • We will ask you about your industry and your organization in order to compile a list of target sources.
  • We ask you to be ready to meet with us to discuss prospective candidates 45-60 days after the search officially starts.
  • We ask you to thoroughly review the candidate information presented.
  • We will ask you to assist us in coordinating three on-boarding meetings with the new executive and his/her boss.
  • We ask you to maintain utmost confidentiality during this search.
  • We ask you to communicate regularly with us and respond promptly.
  • We ask you to let us know of any changes or new information that comes up during the search.
