Industry veterans Bob Schoenbaum and Mike Frommelt founded KeyStone Search in 2002. KeyStone is a full service, retained search firm emphasizing cultural fit when filling executive level positions. Over the next four years, KeyStone added two very experienced search professionals as principals/partners; Marcia Ballinger and Rebecca Yanisch. Marcia and Rebecca bring both successful search experience, as well as a passion for getting the "right" fit for clients' unique culture.

Lars Leafblad was hired as a vice president in 2007 to expand KeyStone's search capacities. Lars works in all phases of the business, conducting search operations and business development activity.
