KeyStone Search

History

Industry veterans Bob Schoenbaum and Mike Frommelt founded KeyStone Search in 2002. KeyStone is a full service, retained search firm emphasizing cultural fit when filling executive level positions. KeyStone's promise is to place executives who share your values, so they will thrive and contribute to your organization's success. KeyStone's clients range from start-ups to the Fortune 500, but all clients have one thing in common, an understanding and appreciation for the power of an executive team that truly fits the unique culture of the organization.

Over the next four years, KeyStone added two very experienced search professionals as principals/partners; Marcia Ballinger and Rebecca Yanisch. Marcia and Rebecca bring both successful search experience, as well as a passion for getting the "right" fit for clients' unique culture.

In 2006 KeyStone added Fred Marx as vice president. Fred handles all of KeyStone's research function, as well as candidate identification and development. Lars Leafblad was hired as a vice president in 2007 to expand KeyStone's search capacities. Lars works in all phases of the business, conducting search operations and business development activity.

As more CEOs and boards of directors look at culture as a competitive advantage - and a primary engine for growth - (Bain Study Link) KeyStone Search looks to expand to meet their needs.
